What if the moment that changes everything starts with one simple thought?
On September 29th, at 8:30 PM, I was sitting in the passenger seat of our car while my husband drove and my daughter rested in the back after gymnastics.
We stopped at a traffic light.
Stores on one side. Dark woods on the other.
I looked into those woods and asked my husband a simple question about the animals that might be out there.
But within seconds, my thoughts went somewhere completely unexpected.
I began wondering whether I could walk through those woods at night.
And then I thought about the extraordinary resilience of enslaved people who escaped through forests and traveled incredible distances in darkness, facing dangers I could barely imagine.
That moment stayed with me.
Not because I had all the answers.
But because one small observation had opened the door to something much bigger.
Sometimes the idea that changes your life begins in a moment you almost overlook.
And sometimes what you need isn't another idea.
It's the courage, clarity, and strategy to move on the one that's already calling you.
That's how Power Driven Resilience was born.
